Peachy Clean Beauty Bar Policies

LATE POLICY

I understand “life happens” but if for any reason you expect to be more than 10 minutes late, please contact me and I will see what I can do. I work very hard to schedule the right amount of time that is needed for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other client I have scheduled that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate case you’re late, I cannot guarantee your service(s) will performed that day or in full. It may also result in an incomplete service and affect the quality of your service. If the 10 minutes have passed and you have not contacted me, your appointment will be cancelled, you will be marked as a No-Call/No-Show and your invoice must be paid in FULL.*If your payment isn’t sent, I will not accept future appointments for you.*


NO CALL NO SHOW POLICY


If you DO NOT show up to your appointment without contacting me to let me know, your invoice MUST be paid in FULL which must be made that SAME DAY before being able to make any future appointments. After your 2nd No-Call/No-Show I will NO longer be able to book appointments for you in the future. Please understand when appointments are missed it creates a loss of time and money where I could be accommodating other clients.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

I understand “life happens” but if you need to cancel for whatever reason please try and do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any appointments cancelled after that time frame will result in a 50% charge which must be made that SAME DAY before being able to make any future appointments. 

*If your payment isn’t sent, I will not accept future appointments for you.*
